Biografia (wiki)
Juvenile, pseudonimo di Terius Gray (New Orleans, 25 marzo 1975), è un rapper e attore statunitense.
All'età di 19 anni ha iniziato vera e propria carriera discografica contraddistinguendosi per un suono tipico del Dirty South hip hop, con Being Myself del 1994 ed il singolo "Bounce for the Juvenile" che ha dato il nome al sottogenere hip hop detto "bounce".
Nel 1997, Juvenile pubblica Solja Rags, primo lavoro con la Cash Money Records, rimane in ambito underground. Nel 1999, l'album viene ripubblicato a livello nazionale incontrando una certa popolarità e trainando l'uscita del successivo 400 Degreez, e del singolo "Back That Azz Up", che giunge al quadruplo disco di platino. La Warlock Records, che aveva pubblicato Being Myself, ne pubblica una versione remixata nello stesso periodo.
Dopo lo scarso successo degli album The G-Code e Project English del 2001, Juvenile lascia la Cash Money Records, pubblicando The Compilation nel 2002 con la sua nuova crew e per la sua label UTP Records (Uptown Project Records). Juvenile ritorna alla Cash Money nel 2003 per pubblicare Juve the Great. Nell'estate del 2004, dal suo ultimo album viene estratto il singolo Slow Motion che diventa una hit di grande successo arrivando verso la cima della Billboard Hot 100 chart il 7 agosto 2004.
