Julien Courbet (nato il 7 febbraio 1965) è un francese, giornalista, conduttore televisivo e produttore.
Julien Courbet è nato Frédéric René Courbet in Eysines, una città situata nella periferia di Bordeaux, dipartimento della Gironda. Ha studiato e si è laureato presso l'IUT Tecniche di de commercializzazione nell'Università di Bordeaux IV.
Julien Courbet ha iniziato la sua carriera come presentatore radio di varie radio a Bordeaux (Radio Angora, NRJ, Fun Radio, Arguzia FM). Dal 1986 al 1991 è divenuto un presentatore su France 3 Aquitania. Ha officiato su Arguzia FM che ospita il programma di Que fait la polizia ? al mattino, a Sud Radio, dove ha incontrato Hervé Pouchol, che in seguito diventerà suo mediatore per La guerre des voisins, e poi su NRJ dal 1992 al 1994 con il programma N'importe quoi.
Ha incontrato Gérard Louvin, nel 1993, che si è impegnato di lui su TF1. Dopo essere stato editorialista del programma Sacrée Soirée, Julien Courbet iniziato a presentare i programmi prodotti da Gérard Louvin e ha iniziato con Sans aucun doute. Dal 1994 al 2008, ha officiato sul canale dove è ospitato un numero di programmi (Code de la route...) e prodotto alcune di esse (Le Grand Frère, Le Détective...). Si alzò a fama, diventando il presentatore specializzata in romance scams soprattutto con Les Sept Péchés capitaux e anche Sans aucun doute in cui ha fatto molto bene pubblico. Ha poi creato nel 2004 il programma di Interrompere arnaques.
