Jonathan Lee Miller (Kingston upon Thames, 15 novembre 1972) è un attore inglese.
Giunto alla fama negli anni novanta grazie a Hackers (1995) e a Trainspotting (1996), lavora con costanza e si costruisce una notevole carriera nel teatro e nel cinema, non riuscendo tuttavia a mantenere la notorietà ottenuta agli inizi di carriera. Torna alla ribalta nel 2008, interpretando il ruolo di protagonista in Eli Stone, serie televisiva acclamata dalla critica. Tra il 2012 e il 2019 ha interpretato un moderno Sherlock Holmes nella serie TV Elementary.
Figlio di Anne Lee, produttrice teatrale, e Alan Miller, attore teatrale e in seguito manager della BBC, il nonno materno è stato l'attore Bernard Lee, famoso per aver interpretato il personaggio di M nei primi film su James Bond. Ha studiato alla Tiffin School, ma lascia gli studi all'età di 17 anni, per dedicarsi alla recitazione.
Dopo una lunga gavetta televisiva, esordisce al cinema nel 1995 nel film Hackers, sul cui set incontra la futura moglie Angelina Jolie. L'anno successivo Trainspotting di Danny Boyle lo porta alla fama internazionale, grazie all'interpretazione del ruolo di Sick Boy. Lo strano accento usato nel film condusse molte persone a credere erroneamente che fosse scozzese. Nel 1999 recita al fianco di Robert Carlyle in Plunkett & Macleane. Nel 2000 incomincia a lavorare per il cinema statunitense, prendendo parte all'horror Dracula's Legacy - Il fascino del male, in seguito recita nel thriller di Renny Harlin Nella mente del serial killer e nella commedia di Woody Allen Melinda e Melinda.
