Brad Barron Renfro (Knoxville, 25 luglio 1982 – Los Angeles, 15 gennaio 2008) è stato un attore statunitense.
Debuttò come attore bambino nel 1994 nel ruolo del protagonista del film Il cliente. Durante la sua carriera ha recitato in 21 film, vari cortometraggi e un episodio televisivo. Tuttavia problemi di alcolismo e di tossicodipendenza ebbero un'influenza negativa sull'ultima parte della sua carriera professionale. Morì il 15 gennaio 2008, a causa di un'overdose di eroina, all'età di 25 anni.
Brad Renfro nacque a Knoxville nel Tennessee, figlio di Angela e Mark Renfro, che lavorava in una fabbrica: Angela e Mark si separarono quando Brad era adolescente.
All'età di cinque anni fu allevato dalla sua nonna paterna, Joanne Barron Renfro, la segretaria di una chiesa. Renfro ha avuto un figlio, un bambino di nome Yamato Renfro, nato nel 2003, che vive in Giappone con sua madre.
Renfro venne scoperto da Mali Finn, un casting director di Joel Schumacher, quando aveva dieci anni. La sua unica esperienza d'attore precedente era quella di un rivenditore all'interno di una campagna antidroga, in una produzione scolastica. Selezionato da Finn per Il cliente di Schumacher, Renfro recitò accanto ad attori come Susan Sarandon e Tommy Lee Jones. Basata sul bestseller di John Grisham, la pellicola divenne uno dei film più redditizi del 1994. Nel 1995, Renfro vinse il premio "Young Star" del The Hollywood Reporter, e fu nominato come uno dei "Migliori attori sotto i trent'anni" dalla rivista People. Quell'anno, interpretò Huckleberry "Huck" Finn nel film Le avventure di Tom Sawyer e Huck Finn con Jonathan Taylor Thomas.
