Alexander Igoryevich Rybak, pseudonimo di Aljaksándr Íharavič Rybák (in bielorusso Алякса́ндр І́гаравіч Рыба́к) (Minsk, 13 maggio 1986), è un cantante bielorusso naturalizzato norvegese.
Alexander Rybak nasce a Minsk nella Repubblica Socialista Sovietica Bielorussa da Natalia Valentinovna, pianista ed Igor Alexandrovitsj Rybak, violinista. Nel 1990, quando Alexander ha 4 anni, si trasferiscono a Nesodden, in Norvegia.
All'età di 5 anni inizia a studiare violino e pianoforte per poi concentrarsi sul primo strumento dopo l'iscrizione al conservatorio di Oslo (Norges musikkhøgskole).
Nel 2009 rappresenta la Norvegia all'Eurovision Song Contest con la canzone Fairytale, con la quale riesce ad aggiudicarsi, con 387 punti, la 54ª edizione del concorso canoro. È il secondo cantante, dopo Toto Cutugno (il quale vinse l'edizione del 1990), a vincere l'ESC nei ruoli di paroliere, compositore delle musiche, e cantante.
