Alessandra Ferri (Milano, 6 maggio 1963) è una ballerina italiana.
Incomincia a studiare danza a Milano, alla Scuola di Ballo del Teatro alla Scala. All'età di 15 anni vince una borsa di studio assegnata dal British Council, prima volta per una danzatrice, e grazie a questa si trasferisce a Londra per continuare gli studi presso la Royal Ballet School.
Nel 1980 entra a far parte della compagnia del Royal Ballet dopo aver vinto il prestigioso "Prix de Lausanne", concorso internazionale per studenti di danza. In seno a questa compagnia, vive nel 1983 l'anno della sua affermazione: a soli diciannove anni viene promossa prima ballerina, riceve il Sir Lawrence Olivier Award e viene nominata ballerina dell'anno dalla rivista Dance and Dancers e dal New York Times.
Nel 1985, su invito di Mikhail Baryshnikov, si trasferisce all'American Ballet Theatre in qualità di prima ballerina: con questa compagnia va in tournée in tutto il mondo e recita per il grande schermo nel film "Giselle (The Dancers)" (1987) di Herbert Ross.
