Erik Spoelstra (né le 1 novembre 1970 à Evanston, Illinois) est un entraîneur de basket-ball. Il est actuellement entraineur de la franchise du Heat de Miami. Il est le premier Philippino-américain à entrainer une équipe de National Basketball Association (NBA).
Il débute avec la franchise du Heat de Miami, en 1995, comme assistant vidéo. Puis, deux ans plus tard, en 1997, il devient adjoint de l'entraineur principal.
En 2008, il est nommé à la tête de l'équipe par Pat Riley.
Très contesté au début de la saison 2010-2011, il mène sa franchise aux finales NBA. Ils affrontent les Mavericks de Dallas pour un remake des finales de 2006. Une finale que Miami perd finalement sur le score 4 à 2. À la fin du lock-out, il prolonge avec la franchise floridienne son contrat d'entraineur pour une longue durée.
Il mène son équipe du Heat de Miami au titre de champion NBA 2012 et 2013.
Pour la première fois de sa carrière, il est l'entraîneur de la sélection Est lors du NBA All-Star Game 2013, son équipe occupant alors la première place des bilans de la conférence. Cette rencontre est finalement remportée par l'Ouest sur le score de 143 à 138.
