Dustin Brown, né le 8 décembre 1984 à Celle en Allemagne, est un joueur de tennis jamaïco-allemand, professionnel depuis 2002. De père jamaïcain et de mère allemande, il a d'abord joué sous les couleurs de la Jamaïque avant de représenter l'Allemagne à partir de novembre 2010. Sur le circuit, il est surnommé « Dreddy Tennis » en référence à ses dreadlocks.
Brown est né le 8 décembre 1984 à Celle, en Allemagne de l'Ouest. Son père, Leroy Brown est Jamaïcain tandis que sa mère Inge est Allemande. Dustin Brown a émigré vers Montego Bay, en Jamaïque, en 1996 avant de revenir finalement en Allemagne. Ayant peu de moyens, il va parcourir les tournois Challenger et Future dans un camping-car, payé par ses parents, entre 2004 et 2009.
Le jeu de Dustin Brown est assez atypique. Avec des coups très plats et extrêmement puissants, il finit le point dès la première balle trop courte de l'adversaire. Aussi, Dustin excelle dans l'art de l'amortie-lob et est très adroit à la volée. Il possède également un premier service très lourd et n'hésite pas à forcer sur son second service. Tout ceci fait de lui un joueur d'initiative qui prend beaucoup de risques ce qui peut provoquer beaucoup de déchets dans son jeu d'où sa très grande irrégularité, à la fois dans son jeu et dans sa carrière où il n'a jamais vraiment percé.
