Emanuela Trane, en art Dolcenera est une chanteuse italienne, née le 16 mai 1977 à Galatina, ville de la province de Lecce (Pouilles), mais originaire de Scorrano.
Depuis petite elle étudie piano et guitare et à 14 ans elle commence à écrire ses premières chansons. Sa carrière commence difficilement, comme de nombreux artistes.
Elle participe en 2002 au programme Destination Sanremo, que le permet d'accéder à la catégorie jeunes du Festival de Sanremo 2003, la manifestation chanteur plus importante en Italie suivie tous les ans de plus de 15 millions de spectateurs, un festival qu'elle gagne en 2003 avec la chanson Siamo tutti là fuori. Après ce succès stupéfiant elle commence à présenter son premier album Sorriso nucleare et visité par l'Italie jusqu'à 2004.
En 2005, après la victoire du reality show italien Music Farm, elle présente son deuxième album Un mondo perfetto, que reste sur les diagrammes pour presque une année, après une nouvelle entrée historique, pour un jeune artiste sur la 4 place! L'album obtient un disque de platine e les deux singles, Mai più noi due et Continua, deviennent deux des plus grands succès de l'année et ils conquièrent l'airplay radiophonique et les cœurs des gens.
