Pert Kelton (14 de octubre de 1907 - 30 de octubre de 1968) fue una actriz de vodevil, radio, cine y televisión de nacionalidad estadounidense. Fue la primera actriz que interpretó a Alice Kramden en The Honeymooners, junto a Jackie Gleason, y trabajó como actriz teatral en una docena de producciones del circuito de Broadway entre 1925 y 1968.
Nacida en Great Falls (Montana), Kelton fue una joven comediante en películas de serie A durante la década de 1930, a menudo interpretando a la graciosa e igualmente atractiva mejor amiga del personaje principal femenino. Tuvo una memorable actuación en 1933 como la cantante "Trixie" en The Bowery, junto a Wallace Beery, George Raft, Jackie Cooper y Fay Wray. Dirigido por Raoul Walsh, el film trataba sobre Steve Brodie, el primer hombre que supuestamente saltó desde el Puente de Brooklyn y vivió para contarlo.
Kelton interpretó a la prostituta Minnie en la película de Gregory LaCava Bed of Roses (1933), rodada antes del código Hays junto a Constance Bennett y Joel McCrea.
