Kelli McGonagill Finglass (nacido el 30 de diciembre de 1964) es el actual director de los Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Ella es también un ex miembro de la escuadra. Ella aparece y es productor ejecutivo de la CMT, la realidad de la serie Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Hacer el Equipo.
