Jetsun Pema Wangchuck (nacida el 4 de junio de 1990) es la Reina (Ashi) consorte de Bután, una monarquía constitucional de Asia del Sur. Es la esposa del rey Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, con quien contrajo matrimonio el 13 de octubre de 2011.
En la actualidad, es la reina consorte más joven del mundo.
Su título en dzongkha es Druk Gyaltsuen (Reina Dragona).
Jetsun Pema es la segunda hija de Dhondup Gyaltshen, de Trashigang, piloto de aerolíneas comerciales de la compañía Bahrain Air, y de su esposa, Aum Sonam Chuki, hija a su vez de Dasho Thinley Namgyal, de Pangtoe Goemba, Bumthang, y de su segunda esposa, Aum Rinchen, del Chorten de Nyingpo-Chumbi, Chumey, Distrito de Bumthang.
El padre de Jetsun es además nieto de Ugyen Tshering por línea paterna y de Thinley Topgay por línea materna (que fueron ambos gobernadores de Trashigang). Fueron dos de los bisabuelos de Jetsun.
Tiene dos hermanos menores, Thinlay Norbu y Jigme Namgyel y dos hermanas, Serchen Doma (la menor de todos) y Yeatso Lhamo (la mayor de los cinco, que está casada desde 2013 con su cuñado, el príncipe Gyaltshab Jigme Dorji Wangchuck).
