Isabel Alejandra Aboy Ferrer (n. Madrid; 4 de mayo de 1982) es una actriz española.
Isabel Aboy se dio a conocer en 1995, a los 13 años, a raíz de su papel en la exitosa serie de Telecinco Médico de familia, donde interpretó durante cinco años a María, la hija mayor del personaje de Emilio Aragón.
Tras un tiempo apartada de la interpretación, ficharía en 2001 por Periodistas, donde fue la becaria Berta durante las dos últimas temporadas de la producción, también de Telecinco.
Desde entonces, se dedicó a sus estudios de Psicología, carrera de la que es licenciada, así como a pequeños trabajos como modelo hasta que le llegó su primera oportunidad en el teatro. Fue en el año 2004 y de la mano de una de sus compañeras en Médico de familia, Luisa Martín (la recordada Juani de la serie). Juntas protagonizaron Historia de una vida.
En 2007, Isabel se subiría de nuevo a los escenarios y otra vez coincidiendo con un compañero de Médico de familia, el actor Antonio Valero. En esta ocasión, la obra se titulaba La mujer que se parecía a Marilyn.
