Luis Alberto Cuevas Olmedo, más conocido como Beto Cuevas (Santiago, 12 de septiembre de 1967), es un cantautor y diseñador chileno radicado en Estados Unidos.
Se hizo conocido en el mundo de la música popular por ser vocalista de la banda chilena La Ley, desde 1987 hasta 2005; y luego desde 2014 a 2016. En el primer receso de La Ley, Beto inició su carrera como solista lanzando sus álbumes Miedo escénico (2008) y Transformación (2012). Actualmente trabaja en un tercer álbum.
En 2012 fue uno de los presentadores de los Kids Choice Awards Argentina.
En 2017, en lo que a la fecha representa la actuación de mayor trascendencia se graba el segundo CD/DVD del 90's Pop Tour. En la arena ciudad de México.
A muy temprana edad, Beto y su familia se fueron de Chile, buscando nuevas fronteras por temas laborales y por la situación política en Chile por la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet (1973-1990). Se trasladaron finalmente a Montreal, Canadá, dónde pasó gran parte de su adolescencia y gracias a lo cual también tiene también nacionalidad canadiense. Su infancia transcurrió en Venezuela.
