Alfredo Casero (Vicente López, Buenos Aires, 12 de noviembre de 1962) es un humorista, actor y músico argentino.
Estudió en el colegio de los Hermanos Maristas. A la edad de 49 años descubrió a través de la prueba de ADN que no era hijo biológico de su padre. Además de su arte, se dedica en su vida privada al buceo y la náutica. Tiene tres hijos: Guillermina, Nazareno y Minerva.
Comenzó a trabajar en el humor-underground de Buenos Aires, en el Parakultural, que en ese momento se había convertido en el lugar más importante para la expresión de teatro, música en vivo y artes plásticas no convencionales de Buenos Aires.
Gran admirador del actor cómico Benny Hill, gran inspirador para él y otros cómicos como los españoles Santiago Segura o El Gran Wyoming.
Casero llegó a la televisión con “De la Cabeza”. En abril de 1992, el por entonces director artístico de América TV, Roberto Cenderelli, decidió reclutar a grupos de actores del movimiento underground porteño, para la realización de un nuevo programa de humor, y el elenco resultó ser casi en su totalidad salido del Parakultural. Cada grupo grababa 15 minutos de asociación libre de sus propias ideas, y de allí, se seleccionaba 1 minuto. Situaciones inconexas, y la apariencia de un zapping frenético fueron característicos de una nueva forma de hacer humor: la teleaudiencia celebró agradecida la llegada de actores y de ideas que habían estado confinadas, hasta ese momento, al circuito underground.
