Rajpal Yadav (born March 16, 1979) is an Indian film actor known for his comic roles in Hindi cinemas. He is married to Radha Yadav. He was born in the small town of Kundra, located in Shahjahanpur district in Uttar Pradesh.

Rajpal Yadav was born and raised in Shahjahanpur, near Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, where he received his primary education. After that he enrolled Sardar Patel Hindu Inter College, Shahjahanpur.He was associated with Shahjahanpur theatre and performed in several plays there before going to Lucknow to get trained at the Bhartendu Natya Academy from 1992 to 1994. After completing his studies there, he attended the National School of Drama in Delhi from 1994–97.
