Çağatay Ulusoy (born 23 September 1990) is a Turkish model and actor known for his leading roles as Emir Sarrafoğlu in the Show TV series Adını Feriha Koydum (2011–2012) and Yaman Koper in the Star TV series Medcezir (2013–2015), a remake of the television series The OC.
Ulusoy was born in Istanbul, Turkey. His mother is of Bosniak descent and his father is Turkish who immigrated from Bulgaria to Turkey. Both of them are retired now. He has a younger brother Atalay. After graduating high school, Ulusoy continued study at Istanbul University's Department of Garden Design and Landscaping. He started his career at age 19 as a model. In 2010, he won the Turkish contest Best Model of Turkey. His first movie role was in 2011 as a supporting role in Anadolu Kartalları playing the character of Ahmet Onur. Earlier that same year, Ulusoy starred in the series Adını Feriha Koydum (I Named Her Feriha), playing the role of Emir Sarrafoğlu,. After the success of the first two seasons of the series, producers invited Ulusoy for the third season with the changed name Emir'in Yolu (Emir's way), but shooting stopped in 2012 because the rating of the series was not as high as expected. Additionally, his role partner Hazal Kaya from the first two seasons of Adını Feriha Koydum could not take part in the third season due to contractual obligations for Son Yaz-Balkanlar 1912 (2012), therefore asked for her character to be eliminated. A new character was introduced played by another actress Gizem Karaca, which the public did not appreciate.
