Pasquale Aleardi (* 1. Juni 1971 in Dietikon, Kanton Zürich) ist ein Schweizer Filmschauspieler und Musiker.
Pasquale Aleardi ist ein Sohn griechisch-italienischer Emigranten und wuchs dreisprachig (Deutsch, Italienisch und Griechisch) auf. Seine Jugend beschreibt er als „sehr laut“, fast in jedem Zimmer seines Elternhauses lief nonstop ein Fernsehgerät. Fasziniert von seinen Helden, die 24 Stunden am Tag auf der Mattscheibe flimmerten, beschloss er, nicht wie von seinen Eltern geplant, Rechtsanwalt zu werden, sondern nach seinem Abitur 1992 die Theaterhochschule Zürich zu besuchen.
Noch während seiner Ausbildung wurde Aleardi für seine erste Schweizer Kinohauptrolle in Tschäss engagiert. Trotz des plötzlichen Erfolgs beendete er 1995 die Theaterhochschule und ging nach Deutschland, wo er Engagements an den Theaterhäusern in Bonn, Düsseldorf und Köln annahm.
Nach einigen Theatererfolgen auf deutschen Bühnen mit Stücken wie zum Beispiel der grosse Knall von Arthur Miller (beste Inszenierung NRW 96/Berliner-Theatertreffen), richtete sich sein Interesse auf den Film. So spielte er unter anderem an der Seite von Veronica Ferres in dem Fernsehfilm Für Immer Verloren, für sein deutsches Kinodebüt Nachts im Park besetzte man ihn, neben Heike Makatsch und Heino Ferch, mit der Hauptrolle, in der Brecht-Verfilmung Baal mimte er die Rolle des Ekart neben Matthias Schweighöfer und seine Darstellung an der Seite von Milla Jovovich in der 80 Millionen teuren Produktion Resident Evil verschaffte ihm erste internationale Meriten.
