Marina Lambrini Diamandis (* 10. Oktober 1985 in Abergavenny, Wales; griechisch Μαρίνα-Λαμπρινή Διαμαντής; Aussprache: ), professionell bekannt als Marina, früher Marina and the Diamonds, ist eine walisische Singer-Songwriterin. Ihr ehemaliger Zusatz „The Diamonds“ beruhte auf Diamandis’ bürgerlichem Familiennamen und stand nicht für ihre Begleitband. Am 25. August 2018 bestätigte sie, dass ihre Musik zukünftig nur noch unter dem Namen "Marina" erscheinen wird, da sie als Person und nicht als gespielter Charakter wahrgenommen werden will.
Sie wurde in Großbritannien bekannt, nachdem sie bei der jährlichen Umfrage BBC Sound of 2010 als vielversprechendster Newcomer Platz zwei belegt hatte. Sie unterschrieb einen Vertrag bei 679 Recordings und nahm ihr Debütalbum The Family Jewels auf, das im Frühjahr 2010 veröffentlicht wurde.
Marina Diamandis wurde in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales als Tochter eines Griechen und einer Waliserin geboren. Sie besuchte die Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls, wo ihr Talent entdeckt wurde. Ihr Musikstil reicht von auf Keyboard basierenden Balladen bis hin zu schnelleren, am New Wave orientierten Liedern. Zu den Musikern, die sie inspirierten, zählte sie bei einem Interview im Vorfeld eines Festivals The Distillers, No Doubt, Patti Smith, Kate Bush und Madonna.
