Lester Speight (born August 28, 1963), auch bekannt als Rasta, ist ein ehemaliger American football-Spieler, der bereits spätere Karriere als Profi-wrestler und dann Schauspieler. Er erzielte bedeutende Anerkennung für seine Darstellung des Terry Tate: Office Linebacker in einer Serie von Reebok Werbung, debütierte während des Super Bowl XXXVII, und erhielt weitere Anerkennung für seine Darstellung des Augustus Cole in Gears of war-Reihe von Videospielen.
Speight wurde geboren in Baltimore, Maryland, der Sohn von Gussie Watson und Walter Speight. Er studierte an der Old Mill High School in Millersville University im Jahr 1981, wo er in die Hall of Fame für die Hauptrolle in drei Sportarten: Fußball, Spur, und basketball.
