Biographie (wiki)
Kevin Hart (* 6. Juli 1979 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler und Comedian. Er begann seine Karriere im Jahr 2000, als er mehrere Comedywettbewerbe gewann.
Hart und sein älterer Bruder Robert wurden von ihrer Mutter Nancy allein erzogen, sein Vater Henry war die meiste Zeit seiner Kindheit abwesend. Nach der Highschool ging er nach New York, um seinen Community-College-Abschluss zu machen, was ihm zwei Jahre später gelang. Danach ging er nach Brockton, Massachusetts und fand dort Arbeit als Schuhverkäufer.
Er begann seine Karriere als Stand-up-Comedian mit einem Auftritt auf einer offenen Bühne im Laff House, einem Club in Philadelphia, unter dem Namen Lil Kev. Seine Karriere begann zögerlich, da er die Bühne oft vorzeitig unter Buhrufen verließ. Nach diesen anfänglich erfolglosen Shows begann Hart es in Wettbewerben in ganz Massachusetts zu versuchen und sein Erfolg ließ nicht lange auf sich warten. Hart brauchte Zeit, um seinen eigenen Stil zu entwickeln. Nach frühen Parodien von Comedians wie Chris Tucker fand er seinen eigenen Rhythmus durch Eintauchen in seine Unsicherheiten und Lebenserfahrungen. Hart gibt an, von Vorbildern aus Philadelphia wie zum Beispiel Bill Cosby, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy und Dave Chappelle inspiriert zu sein und sich zu bemühen, die besten Eigenschaften aller dieser Männer in seinen eigenen Werken zu kombinieren. Seine Touren begannen im Jahre 2009 mit seinem Programm „I'm a Grown Little Man“, gefolgt von „Seriously Funny“ im Jahre 2010, „Laugh At My Pain“ im Jahre 2011 und Anfang des Jahres 2012 sein TV-Special mit dem Titel „Let Me Explain“. Mit „Laugh At My Pain“ spielte er ca. 15 Mio. Dollar ein. Die Tour war damit eine der erfolgreichsten Standup Acts des Jahres. Zudem hat Hart eine eigene mobile App mit dem Titel „Little Jumpman“, über die seine Facebook-Seite, sein Twitter-Konto und sein YouTube-Kanal verbunden zugänglich gemacht werden.
