Kasia Smutniak (tam adı Katarzyna Anna Smutniak), Polonya doğumlu oyuncu ve model. 13 Ağustos 1979 yılında Pila, Polonya'da doğmuştur. Polonyaca, Rusça, İngilizce ve İtalyanca'yı akıcı bir şekilde konuşmaktadır.
Katarzyna Anna Smutniak, 13 Ağustos 1979 yılında Polonya Hava Kuvvetleri'nde görevli bir generalin kızı olarak Pila, Polonya'da doğmuştur.
Modellik kariyerine 15 yaşında, Elite ajansının düzenlediği Look of the Year yarışmasında Polonya ikinicisi olduktan sonra başlamıştır.
16 yaşındayken pilotluk lisansını almıştır.
Smutniak günümüzde İtalya'da yaşamakta, İtalyan modacı ve yönetmenlerle çalışmaktadır.
Oyuncu Pietro Taricone'le, Taricone'nin 19 Haziran 2010'da geçirdiği paraşüt kazası nedeniyle hayatını kaybetmesine kadar birlikte olmuşlardır. Smutniak ve Taricone'nun 2004 yılında doğan Sophie isimli bir kızları vardır.
