Luisa Hartema (nascido em 26 de dezembro de 1994) é um modelo alemão. Ela ganhou a sétima temporada da Alemanha Next Topmodel.
Em 2012, Hartema tomou parte na sétima temporada de ProSieben da Alemanha Next Topmodel, apresentado por Heidi Klum, para o qual mais de 15.700 outros candidatos aplicada. Ela ganhou a competição na live finale, em 7 de junho de 2012, às Lanxess Arena em Colónia, batendo Sarah-Anessa Hitzschke, Dominique Miller e Barry Lenhardt. Como ela prêmios para os vencedores, ela recebeu uma cobertura de alemão Cosmopolita, um apartamento temporário ficar na moda metrópole de sua escolha, campanhas com emmi technologies Caffè Latte, Maybelline Jade e Zalando, e um contrato com OneEins de Gestão.
Em 2012, ela apareceu no vídeo da música para o Furacão Dean "Apelo".
Em 2013, ela foi destaque na Elle e Harper's Bazaar.
Em 2014, ela trabalhou para a ASOS.com e Escada, e assinou um contrato com a ONEeins de Gestão.
