Charlotte urodziła się w Monte Carlo jako drugie dziecko Stefana Casiraghi i księżniczki Karoliny z Monako.
W 2007 ukończyła studia na kierunku filozofia na Sorbonie w Paryżu.

W 2019 poślubiła Dimitriego Rassama, z którym ma jedno dziecko, Baltazara Rassama (ur. 2018).
