Timothy Theodore "Tim" Duncan (Christiansted, 25 aprile 1976) è un allenatore di pallacanestro ed ex cestista statunitense, professionista per l'intera carriera nella NBA con i San Antonio Spurs.
È membro del Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame dal 2020 in qualità di giocatore.
Considerato da molti la migliore ala grande di tutti i tempi, è stato il capitano dei San Antonio Spurs, dai quali è stato selezionato come prima scelta assoluta al Draft NBA 1997, dopo aver terminato il college.
Vincitore di 5 titoli NBA, spiccano tra i premi individuali due MVP della regular season e tre come MVP delle finali NBA. È uno dei due giocatori della storia (l'altro è John Salley) a riuscire nell'impresa di vincere il titolo NBA in tre decenni diversi. È stato inoltre eletto da Sports Illustrated miglior giocatore del decennio 2000-2010.
È stato sposato dal 2001 al 2013 con Amy, con la quale ha avuto una figlia di nome Sydney, nata nel 2005, e un figlio di nome Draven, nato nel 2007. Successivamente si è fidanzato con Vanessa Macias, da cui ha avuto una figlia nel 2017 che lui ha chiamato Quill in onore del personaggio Marvel Star-Lord. Possiede inoltre una laurea in psicologia ottenuta nei suoi anni a Wake Forest.
