Raffaella Modugno è un modello italiano che è stata incoronata Miss Curve d'Italia Lazio 2011 ("Miss Curvy Italia 2011"). Lei era la cover modello tedesco di Maxim (2012) e Indiana GQ (2013), e modellato per marchi come Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Coin e Prada. Alla fine del 2013 ha giocato un ruolo principale nel video per la canzone "Timber" di Pitbull.
Nel 2011 e nel 2012, è apparsa in due serie televisiva: Qualunquemente e Teresa Manganiello, rispettivamente.
Nel 2014 è stata nominata tra i "25 Donne Più Belle del mondo" dalla web-magazine italiano "! Magazine".
Modugno nasce il 3 Marzo del 1988, in Ariano Irpino, Provincia di Avellino, Giuseppe e Julia Modugno. Lei ha una sorella gemella, Rosanna, e un fratello, Vincenzo. Come un adolescente, era un giocatore di basket, sport che ha dedicato professionalmente 13 anni della sua vita.
Alle 12 ha iniziato a guardare Miss Italia concorso con maggiore interesse.
