Louise Monot (Parigi, 30 dicembre 1981) è un'attrice francese.
Tra cinema e televisione, ha partecipato ad una quarantina di differenti produzioni, a partire dalla fine degli anni novanta.
Louise Monot nasce a Parigi il 30 dicembre 1981.
Dopo aver vinto un concorso organizzato dalla rivista 20 ans, a 15 anni, inizia a lavorare come modella. Ottiene quindi il suo primo ruolo a 17 anni, recitando in un episodio della serie televisiva Il commissario Cordier.
Nel 2005, recita nel film Un amour à taire, dove interpreta il ruolo di Sara Morgens¬tern, ruolo che le vale il premio come miglior attrice giovane al Festival di Luchon.
Nel 2013, è protagonista, assieme a Bruno Solo, del film TV poliziesco Delitto a Saint-Malo (Meurtres à Saint-Malo), dove interpreta il ruolo di Gwenaële Garrec.
