Gabriella Carlucci (Alghero, 28 febbraio 1959) è una conduttrice televisiva e politica italiana. Dal 29 marzo 2010 al 1º ottobre 2012 è stata sindaco della cittadina pugliese di Margherita di Savoia.
Residente a Roma, figlia di un generale dell'Esercito Italiano, Luigi Carlucci e di Maria Caracciolo, è sorella di Milly e Anna Carlucci. Nel 1989 si è sposata con l'attore Gianfranco Jannuzzo, dal quale in seguito si è separata.
Ha due lauree, conseguite entrambe presso la Sapienza di Roma: la prima in Lingue (tesi in Letteratura Nordamericana), la seconda in Lettere (percorso storico-artistico).
La sua carriera televisiva ha inizio nelle TV private romane (Teletevere, GBR), per passare in Rai nel 1983 quando è al fianco di Enzo Tortora nello spettacolo Portobello.
Nella sua carriera ha presentato varie trasmissioni canore come Azzurro, Festivalbar, Cantagiro, Festival di Sanremo (1988 e 1990), Cocco e Buona Domenica, e commentato l'Eurovision Song Contest 1989.
