Valeria Golino (Nápoles, Italia, 22 de octubre de 1966) es una actriz de cine y de televisión y directora de cine greco-italiana.
El público estadounidense la conoce sobre todo por su participación en la película Rain Man, película ganadora del Óscar que la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas le concedió en 1988.
Algunos premios que ha obtenido durante su carrera como actriz son el David di Donatello, el Nastro d'Argento y la Copa Volpi.
Debutó como directora de cine con Miele, que ganó un Commendation en el Festival de Cannes 2013.
Valeria Golino nació en Nápoles, Italia, pero tiene ascendencia de distintas nacionalidades ya que su padre era italiano y su madre griega de origen egipcio-francés.
La actriz creció entre Atenas y Nápoles, en un ambiente artístico. Su padre era un experto germanista, su madre, pintora y su hermano es músico. Es sobrina del periodista de L'Espresso Enzo Golino.
