Storm Reid (born July 1, 2003) is an American actress. She made her film debut in the period drama film 12 Years a Slave (2013), and has since starred as Tina in the drama film Sleight (2016), Meg Murry in the fantasy film A Wrinkle in Time (2018), Ashley Radcliff in the supernatural thriller film Don't Let Go (2019), and Sydney Lanier in the science fiction horror film The Invisible Man (2020). On television, she starred as Lisa in the Netflix miniseries When They See Us (2019), and currently stars as Gia Bennett in the HBO teen drama series Euphoria (2019–present). Storm Reid will be in The Suicide Squad 2 (2021) playing as Idris Elba's daughter Collider
Reid was born on July 1, 2003, in Atlanta, Georgia to parents Rodney and Robyn Reid. Both her parents are African American. She has a brother, Josh, and two sisters, Iman and Paris. Reid had her aspiration to become an actress early on, and at the age of 9, she and her family moved to Los Angeles for her to pursue acting.
