Simon Hedlund (born 11 March 1993) is a Swedish footballer who plays for Danish Superliga club Brøndby IF. Hedlund has previously played for Union Berlin and IF Elfsborg as a forward.
Hedlund joined the youth system of IF Elfsborg when he was 16 years old, after having played for local clubs IFK Trollhättan and FC Trollhättan. There, he made his professional debut on 12 August 2012 in a 4–1 league win over Malmö FF, coming on as a late substitute for Niklas Hult. At the end of the season, Elfsborg won the Swedish league title. He helped Elfsborg to win the Swedish Cup in 2014.

On 11 January 2019, Hedlund joined Danish Superliga club Brøndby IF for a fee rumoured to be around €250,000, signing a four-and-a-half-year contract with the team. He was assigned shirt number 27 by the club.
