Satchel Ronan O'Sullivan Farrow (born December 19, 1987) is an American investigative journalist, lawyer, and former government advisor. In late 2017, articles by Farrow in The New Yorker helped to uncover the Harvey Weinstein sexual abuse allegations.
Farrow was born in New York City to actress Mia Farrow and American director Woody Allen. Now known as Ronan, he originally was named after Hall of Fame baseball pitcher Satchel Paige and actress Maureen O'Sullivan, his maternal grandmother. He was given the surname "Farrow" to avoid a family with one child named Allen amid Farrows and Previns. In 2013, Mia Farrow raised speculation that singer-actor Frank Sinatra was Farrow's biological father.
Farrow attended Bard College at Simon's Rock, later transferring to Bard College for a bachelor of arts in philosophy and graduating at age 15. In 2009, he graduated from Yale Law School, and he later became a member of the New York State Bar Association.
