Rick Karsdorp (born 11 February 1995) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Serie A side Roma and the Netherlands national team.
Karsdorp started at VV Schoonhoven before being scouted by Feyenoord. Karsdorp is a youth exponent from the Feyenoord Academy. His first team debut was on 6 August 2014 against Beşiktaş J.K. in a UEFA Champions League third round qualifier replacing Jordy Clasie after 69 minutes in a 3–1 away defeat.
On 28 June 2017, Karsdorp signed with A.S. Roma on a five-year deal for a fee of €14 million with various performance-related clauses worth up to €5 million in additional payments. With the transfer Karsdorp became Feyenoord's most expensive outgoing player in history.
Karsdorp received his first call up to the senior Netherlands team in September 2015 for UEFA Euro 2016 qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Czech Republic. He was called up again in March 2016 for friendlies against France and England.
