Raadhika Sarathkumar is an Indian film and television actress, entrepreneur, and producer who works predominantly in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. She is the founder and CEO of the Radaan Mediaworks Pvt. India Limited, which has produced serials such as Chitti, Annamalai, Selvi, Arasi, Chellame, Vaani Rani , Thamarai and Idi Katha Kadu (Telugu).

Radikaa has acted in over two hundred films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. She was a judge on Vijay TV's Jodi Number One Season 3. She has also produced a film titled Meendum Oru Kaadhal Kathai, which won the Indira Gandhi Award for Best Debut Film of a Director.

Raadhika was born to veteran actor and comedian M. R. Radha and Geetha Radha. She has a younger sister named Nirosha, who is also an actress married to actor Ramki and an older stepbrother named Radharavi. She is married to actor Sarath Kumar, with whom she has a son named Rahul born in 2004. She has married twice prior to her marriage with actor Sarathkumar. Her first marriage to the Malayalee actor-cum-director, Pratap K. Pothan, ended in divorce. As did her second marriage to Richard Hardy, who is a British national and by whom she has a daughter named Rayanne Hardy.
