Lynsey Marie Bartilson (born July 1, 1983) is an American actress, dancer and singer. She is best known for playing Lily Finnerty on the Fox/WB sitcom Grounded for Life and a sister of Matthew Bartilson (born 1984).

Bartilson appeared as Lily Finnerty in the series Grounded for Life and the voice of Tuesday X in the Nickelodeon show The X's. She made her television debut in the ninth season of the hit Fox sitcom Married... with Children. Other TV credits include NCIS, Mrs. Santa Claus, NYPD Blue, 7th Heaven, That '70s Show, Malcolm in the Middle, Strong Medicine, Judging Amy, and Party of Five.
