Gazzy Garcia was born on August 17, 2000 in Miami, Florida to Colombian parents. He grew up in Miami Gardens. Lil Pump had been listening to rap songs before he got into free styling and looked up to artists like Chief Keef, Lil B and Fredo Santana. His mother and father were born and raised in Colombia and immigrated to the United States before he was born. His mother moved to Florida shortly after she gave birth to Gazzy’s older brother in Colombia. Lil Pump got into some serious trouble back in middle school and it all started because of a Chief Keef song. He was listening to the track Don’t Like, and a girl started to bother him for it by putting gum in his hair. He reacted by beating her up.
