Jill Michelle Dillard (née Duggar; born May 17, 1991) is an American television personality. She is known for her appearances on TLC as part of the reality television shows 19 Kids and Counting (2008 – 2015) and Jill & Jessa: Counting On (2015 – present).

She is the second daughter born to Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle (Ruark) Duggar, and the fourth of 19 children.

Dillard co-wrote the book Growing Up Duggar, published by Howard Books with her sisters Jana, Jessa, and Jinger. It was released on March 4, 2014. The book shares an inside look at what being a Duggar child is like as they talk about their parents' faith and perspectives on life.

On September 15, 2015, Dillard officially became a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) after several years of study and professional apprenticeship.

In November 2013, Jill began a courtship with Derick Dillard. The couple met through Jill's father, Jim Bob, who was a prayer partner of Derick's while Derick was on a mission trip in Nepal. Derick proposed to Jill on March 29, 2014, and the couple was married on June 21, 2014.
