Hernán Darío Pellerano (born 4 June 1984) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays for L.D.U. Quito as a central defender.
Born in Buenos Aires, Pellerano made his senior debut in 2003 for Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield, going on to quickly establish as an important first-team element: in 2005 he was part of the squad that won the Clausura, even though he was a substitute for Fabricio Fuentes and Maximiliano Pellegrino (he played only one game as a starter). After the former's departure he became a regular, appearing in 15 matches in the 2005 Apertura tournament.
In the 2008–09 season, Pellerano moved abroad, joining UD Almería for a fee of around €3 million. He scored on his official debut for the Andalusians, a 3–1 La Liga win at Athletic Bilbao on 31 August 2008, and was a regular fixture in his first campaign.
Pellerano struggled heavily with injury in the following years, only appearing in eight league matches in 2010–11 as Almería eventually ranked 20th and last. He returned to his country for the following season, joining Newell's Old Boys on loan.
