Hallam Robert Hope (born 17 March 1994) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward or winger for League Two club Carlisle United. Born in England, Hope represented Barbados internationally.
Hope joined Everton from Manchester City in 2005 and signed a full-time scholarship with the club in 2010. On 19 September 2013, he signed a new contract which would keep him at the club until the summer of 2015.
On 2 January 2014, Hope joined League Two side Northampton Town on a month’s loan. He made his debut on 4 January 2014, scoring in a 2–1 win over Newport County. He made a further two appearances for Northampton before returning to Everton on 30 January 2014.
On 29 August 2014, Hope joined Football League Championship side Sheffield Wednesday on loan until 1 January. He made his Sheffield Wednesday debut the next day, coming on as a substitute for Joe Mattock in the 85th minutes, in a 1–0 loss against Nottingham Forest. However, with only four appearances, he returned to Everton on 29 October 2014 after being recalled by the club.
