Federica Carta (born 10 January 1999) is an Italian songwriter and TV personality.

She ended up third in the sixteenth edition of the Italian talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2017. Since that the singer has published three Top5 albums and several media successful singles and collaborations, solding over 325.000 copies in Italy.

Carta participated at the Sanremo Music Festival in 2019 with the song "Senza farlo apposta" together with rapper Shade, and worked as a songwriter with Elisa, Laura Pausini, Federica Abbate, Roberto Casalino and Alessandro Raina.

Federica Carta was born in Rome on January 10, 1999, from a family of Sardinian origin. At the age of nine she became passionate about music due to her father Cristiano and took singing and piano lessons.

After having participated in some competitions, at the age of seventeen she decided to take part in the selection to enter the TV show Amici di Maria De Filippi, presenting for the first time on TV three of her unpublished songs, "Sogni e verità", "People talk to me" and "Tutto quello che ho". As a member of the blue team, Federica finishes the program in third place.
