Nicholas Theodore Nemeth (born July 27, 1980) is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he performs under the ring name Dolph Ziggler.
After a prolific high school and collegiate career in amateur wrestling, where he established several school records for his alma mater Kent State University, Nemeth signed a development contract with WWE in 2004, and was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), where he wrestled under his real name. He was brought up to the Raw brand shortly afterwards in 2005 as the caddy sidekick to Kerwin White. He was, however, sent back to OVW shortly afterwards, where he joined the cheerleading themed Spirit Squad as Nicky. They debuted on Raw in January 2006, and won the World Tag Team Championship once before returning to OVW that November. In September 2007, Nemeth was assigned to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), where he won the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship twice, with Brad Allen and later Gavin Spears. Upon his return to the main roster in September 2008, Nemeth was repackaged as Dolph Ziggler. Since then, he has found success in singles competition and has held WWE's World Heavyweight Championship twice, being declared champion by Vickie Guerrero in 2011 and cashing in his 2012 Money in the Bank contract on Alberto del Rio in 2013. Furthermore, he has won the Intercontinental Championship five times, and the United States Championship twice. He has also been the sole survivor of two Survivor Series elimination matches at the 2012 and 2014 events.
