Taylor Jacks Kinney was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Pamela (Heisler), who worked as a dental hygienist, and Daniel Kinney, a banker. Kinney was raised in Neffsville, Pennsylvania, by his mother after his parents divorced. Kinney had three brothers: Adam, Ryan, and Trent.
