Adwoa Caitlin Maria Aboah (born 18 May 1992) is a British fashion model and activist. In December 2017 she appeared on the cover of British Vogue. She has also been on the cover of American Vogue, Vogue Italia and i-D. In 2017, the fashion industry voted her as Model of the Year for models.com.

Aboah's parents are Charles Aboah and Camilla Lowther, both of whom are also in the fashion industry. Her sister Kesewa is also a model.

Aboah has modeled for Calvin Klein, Fendi, DKNY, Alexander Wang, Theory, H&M, Aldo, Versus (Versace), Topshop, Fenty x Puma, Kenzo, Simone Rocha, and Erdem among others.

Aboah has an organisation for young women called Gurls Talk.

She appear as 'Lia' in the 2017 Hollywood remake of Japanese movie franchise Ghost in the Shell.

Aboah has suffered from depression and drug addiction and is now sober.

Aboah graduated Brunel University in 2013 with a BA undergraduate degree in Modern Drama.
